Procedure for international patients

Email us all the necessary available reports of the patient, along with short history and discharge summary if patient is admitted in some hospital in the past.

Our expert will see your documents and if Transplant is indicated, our doctors will reply and will discuss you the management plan. You will send the detail of blood group compatible donor and will provide the following reports of the donorOnce the donor is ready and approved by us initially then email us following report

Once donor is provisionally fit our experts will give you approval for proceeding for transplant. you have to Email us the copies of passport of the patient, donor & attendant. We will send visa invitation letter.

You have to apply for visa with this invitation letter and embassy will issue a medical visa.

Email us your flight detail including arrival dates, and we will arrange your pick up & stay. Our team will also assist you in getting tickets and travel.

After arrival, the patient and the donor will be taken directly to the hospital for pre-work up and fitness test. Patient evaluation will continue for 2-3 days after complimentary stay in hospital room & donor test will be performed on outpatient basis.

After your arrival we will start investigations and simultaneously our co-ordinators will start the necessary documental formalities and will get a NOC from the Embassy.

Once documentation is done we will get your committee clearance and then transplant is scheduled.

After recovery patient will be discharged. Once patient is discharged from the hospital he will have to visit the doctor for further follow-ups. Once team is satisfied with the recovery then we will issue the travel fitness certificate and will give you the detail instruction for medicines and follow up whick can be done on email, whats app or telephonically.
